A message from Union State Bank CEO David L. Felch to our customers, and the communities we serve, regarding COVID-19.
At Union State Bank, the well-being and health of our customers, employees, friends and communities are our top priority. Please know we are continuously monitoring the latest developments regarding COVID-19 and taking precautions as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control, North Dakota Department of Health and Minnesota Department of Health.
While we are taking necessary precautions to protect our employees, customers, friends and communities, we encourage customers to be proactive with social distancing and take advantage of banking services that will limit COVID-19 exposure, including:
Online and Mobile Banking
We encourage you to manage your accounts using online and mobile banking:
These 24/7 services allow you to safely view transactions, check balances, make payments, deposit checks and more – without having to go into the bank. If you are not enrolled in online and mobile banking, please call us at 701-282-4598 and we would be happy to walk you through the steps of enrolling.
Our drive through service remains available during regular hours and offers most banking services. Feel free to use the drive through if you are driving a vehicle, motor bike, recreational motor vehicle, on foot or traveling via bicycle.
ATM’s and Night Deposit Box Services
Our ATM and night deposit boxes are open 24/7.
As always, you are welcome to call us at 701-282-4598, or our 24 hour banking line at 877-292-5701.
Please be aware criminals are looking to take advantage of people who are fearful. It is unwise to carry large amounts of cash on you and cash has touched many hands. Debit and credit cards worked just fine even during the financial crisis of 2008-2009 and will continue to work in this environment. Avoid purchasing anything from someone promising a cure, special soap or the official COVID-19 super mask; there is no such thing. Be prudent, take reasonable precautions and do not panic.
We’re here for you. Since 1973, we have dedicated ourselves to serving our customers, employees and the area communities we call home. We remain steadfast in our mission and will continue to be here for you. If you have experienced a disruption in income as a result of COVID-19 and need assistance, please reach out to one of our personal bankers to learn how we might be able to help.

Take care, and be well,
